LG Manoj Sinha meets delegations, receives books in Jammu

Jammu, Mar 23: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Monday met multiple delegations and was presented with books.

LG Sinha, as per an official statement, was presented with a book authored by Brig. Dr Vijay Sagar Dheman (Retd.). The title of the book is “Bloodlines Pahalgam: A Democracy Confronts Terrorism”. The Lieutenant Governor congratulated the author on the publication of his book.

On the occasion, the Lieutenant Governor was also presented with the publication titled “Valley of Shadows: The Untold Story of Terror in Kashmir (1947–2007)”.

Maj Gen Govardhan Singh Jamwal (Retd.) and members of International Institute of J&K Studies and Analyses (IIJSA) Jammu were also present.

In a separate meeting, a delegation of the Pithoo and Pony Labour Union of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi, Katra, led by its president Bhupinder Singh, called on the Lieutenant Governor.

Later, Devinder Singh Kaluria along with trustees Diksha Kaluria and Riya Kaluria of the General Zorawar Singh Memorial Education and Charitable Trust also met the Lieutenant Governor.
