Kulgam enounter: 2 terrorists killed, 2 soldiers martyred.

Kashmir News : On Monday, September 8, 2025, a joint operation by the Indian Army, Jammu and Kashmir Police, and the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) led to a significant encounter in the Guddar forest area of Kulgam district, South Kashmir. The operation resulted in the neutralization of two terrorists and the martyrdom of two Indian Army soldiers.

The slain soldiers have been identified as Subedar Perbhat Gaur and Lance Naik Narender Sindhu. Both were elite paratroopers from the 9 Rashtriya Rifles.
