KPDCL Schedules Power Shutdown in Several Areas | Kashmir Life

SRINAGAR: The Chief Engineer, Distribution, Kashmir Power Distribution Corporation Limited has informed that the planned shutdown of the 33 KV Kanipora–Pinjoora transmission line has been rescheduled.

As per the revised schedule, the shutdown, which was earlier set for March 31, 2026, will now be carried out on April 2, 2026, from 09:00 AM to 03:00 PM.

Officials said the shutdown has been deferred for operational and maintenance requirements. The power utility has advised consumers in the affected areas to make necessary arrangements in view of the temporary suspension of electricity supply during the specified hours.
