Kashmir Servers Foundation, District Admin Kupwara Felicitate Achievers under Seva Parv Banner – Alfaaz – The Words

Handwara: Kashmir Servers Foundation, in collaboration with the District Administration Kupwara, organised a felicitation programme at Town Hall Handwara on Saturday under the banner of Seva Parv.

The event aimed to honour achievers from Kupwara district for their outstanding contributions towards the region’s socio-economic development.

The programme was attended by Additional Deputy Commissioner Handwara, Tehsildar Handwara, Naib Tehsildar, Deputy Chief Education Officer Handwara, representatives of the Kashmir Servers Foundation including Refat Wani, along with other administrative officers.

Speaking on the occasion, the dignitaries highlighted the importance of recognising local talent and service-oriented individuals who are playing a pivotal role in shaping the district’s development trajectory. The initiative was described as a step towards endorsing sustainable growth and empowering the youth of Kupwara.
