JNV Principal Dies After Collapse at SBI Branch in South Kashmir | Kashmir Life

SRINAGAR: Principal of Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya (JNV) Aglar in south Kashmir’s Shopian district, Kailash Chander (55), died after collapsing at a State Bank of India (SBI) branch in Awantipora on Tuesday, officials said.

An official said that Kailash was initially taken to Primary Health Centre (PHC) Awantipora and later referred to SMHS Hospital in Srinagar, where doctors declared him brought dead.

According to preliminary information, the deceased had lost consciousness inside the SBI branch in Awantipora. Further details are awaited. (KNC)
