JNV Akhnoor Jammu-II Female Hostel Superintendent Post, Walk-in-Interview On 21 August

Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Nardi Bala, Akhnoor, Jammu-II has announced a walk-in-interview for the post of Female Hostel Superintendent on a contract basis for the academic session 2025-26. This engagement is purely temporary and will be based on the selection process conducted during the interview.

As per the notification, the position is open to female candidates without encumbrances. The eligible age range for applicants is 35 to 62 years as on 01 May 2025. Candidates must have relevant qualifications and prior experience as specified. The interview will be conducted on 21 August 2025 at 11:00 AM at the school campus in Nardi Bala, Akhnoor.

Interested candidates must carry original documents along with self-attested copies at the time of the interview. Selection will be made after verification of documents and a personal talk.

Vacancy Details:
The interview for the post of Female Hostel Superintendent is for one contractual position at JNV Akhnoor Jammu-II for the upcoming academic session.

Applicants must have completed graduation in any discipline. A Master’s degree or B.Ed and proficiency in the regional language will be considered desirable. Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in pay level 5 or above of 7th CPC in a recognized residential school, or 7 years of experience on a consolidated pay not less than Rs. 29,200 per month in a recognized residential school. Ex-defense personnel with at least 5 years of service in pay level 5 or above are also eligible. For candidates with JNV work experience, the requirement may be reduced to 3 years.

Candidates should attend the walk-in-interview in person on the scheduled date and time at JNV Nardi Bala, Akhnoor, Jammu-II.

Selection Process:
The selection will be based on document verification and personal talk to assess suitability, including proficiency in the regional language.
