JKSSB Announces 621 Vacancies In Health And Medical Education Department

Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) has released an official notification inviting applications for 621 posts under the Health and Medical Education Department. The vacancies include various technical and non-technical roles such as Clinical Psychologist, ECG Technician, Junior Pharmacist, Lab Assistant, and more.

As per the official notification, the minimum age required to apply is 18 years, while the upper age limit varies by category, with a maximum of 43 years for reserved categories. The selected candidates will receive a salary as per the applicable pay levels for each post. The selection process will be based on a written examination.

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational qualifications differ depending on the post. Candidates must have qualifications ranging from Matric, 10+2 with Science, Diploma in relevant field, Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in the concerned discipline as mentioned for each position in the official notification.

The minimum age limit is 18 years. The maximum age limit is 40 years for OM category, 43 years for SC/ST/RBA/ALC/IB/PSP/EWS/ESM, 42 years for Physically Challenged Persons, and 40 years for Government Service/Contractual Employment as on 01 January 2025.
