Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission has invited online applications for the posts of Assistant Legal Remembrancer and District Litigation Officer in the Department of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs. A total of 3 vacancies have been announced under Advertisement No. 10-PSC (DR-P) of 2025. Applications are open for candidates domiciled in the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir.

Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates applying must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a recognized University established by law in India. They must also possess at least two years of actual practice at the bar certified by the concerned District and Sessions Judge. The prescribed maximum age limit is 40 years for Open Merit and in-service candidates, and 43 years for SC category candidates as on 1 January 2025. The minimum age is 18 years.

Applicants must apply online through the JKPSC official portal at jkpsc.nic.in. Only online submissions will be accepted, and no other mode of application will be entertained.

The application fee is Rs. 1200 for General Category, Rs. 700 for Reserved Categories, and NIL for PHC candidates. The fee must be deposited online.

Selection Process:
