Final seniority list of PG Masters/ PG Teachers in the discipline of Physics as on 01.01.2026.

WHEREAS, the tentative seniority list of PG Masters/ PG Teachers in the discipline of Physics was issued vide Notice dated 22.01.2025 for Inviting objections, if any, from the members of the service;

AND WHEREAS, after the issuance of the tentative seniority list, the Department received some objections/representations from cadre members/Directorates for correction/inclusion/up-dation of service particulars in the seniority list,

AND WHEREAS, the objections received by the Department have been examined/scrutinized and necessary corrections/additions/deletions etc., wherever required, have been made in the seniority list;

AND WHEREAS, the Designated Committees have recommended 113 incumbents Annexure-D + Annexure-E) in light of Government Order No. 188-JK(Edu) of 2024 Dated 15.03.2024, who have obtained their PG degrees through distance/private mode during service. The recommendations made in their favour, after examination in the Department have been accepted by the Competent Authority. These incumbents, some of whom 3^ figured in the tentative seniority list ON conditional basis, have now been incorporated IN the final seniority list at appropriate place, except for 80 incumbents whose complete service particulars have not been provided by the concerned Directorates;

AND WHEREAS, some of the incumbents, who have obtained their PG degrees; during service and whose cases have not yet been recommended by the Designated Committees constituted vide Government Order No. 188-JK(Edu) of 2024 dated 15.03.2024, have also been incorporated in the seniority list, with the condition that their inclusion in seniority is subject to the condition that proper permission has been is granted by the competent Authority for acquiring the PG degree during services.

Their names shall be deemed to have been deleted from the seniority list, ab-initio, in case the recommendations are not receive din the time frame decided in the ibid Government order.

Now therefore .a terms of Rule 24 of the J&K Civil Services (Classification Control and Appeal) Rules, 1956,’final seniority list of PG Master/Teacher in the discipline of Physics forming Annexure A to this Government Order, is hereby issued.

The dates of birth of the incumbents recorded in the seniority list shall not be taken as authentic and shall be subject to further verification from service records/original Matriculation certificates.

The places of posing mentioned against the incumbents in the seniority list shall also not be taken as authentic which may have changed over a period of time in respect of any /some members(S)

Moreover, 25 incumbents have been included in the final seniority list at appropriate places as debited in “Annexure-B” and 02 incumbents have been deleted from the final seniority list as detailed in “Annexure-C” for the reasons as shown against each.

Furthermore, 80 incumbents who have been recommended by the Designated Committee constituted vide Government Order No. 188 JK(Edu) of 2024 Dated 15.03.2024, conveyed by the Director School Education Jammu, as detailed in “Annexure-D” shall be included in the seniority list at appropriate place, as and when full authenticated service particulars of the incumbents are received from the concerned Directorate.

The seniority list so issued will be subject to outcome of writ petition(s) pending, if any, before any Competent court of law.

Any member of the service who is either not included or is aggrieved with the position assigned to him/her in this final seniority list can file a review petition within 07 days from the date of issuance of this updated final seniority list along with supporting documents, through concerned Directorates which shall be decided on case-to-case basis. No petition shall be entertained after the expiry of stipulated time period.
