The Directorate of Employment Jammu & Kashmir and Mission Yuva, in collaboration with IIM Jammu, has released a notification inviting applications from eligible aspirants for various positions at the YUVA Innovation Hubs located at Jammu and Srinagar campuses.

These posts are contractual in nature. The appointment will be made for one year initially. It may be extended further depending on performance and continuation of the project.

Eligibility Criteria of J&K Mission Yuva Innovation Hub Posts

Innovation Hub Manager	Postgraduate degree in Management / Entrepreneurship / Economics / Engineering / Technology / Computer Science / Computer Applications / Social Sciences or allied disciplines with at least 60% marks	Minimum 4 years relevant professional experience in startup incubation, entrepreneurship development, innovation hubs, MSME support or similar areas	25 to 45 years
Innovation Hub Assistant Manager	Postgraduate degree with at least 60% marks OR Graduate degree with 60% marks and relevant experience	Minimum 2 years relevant experience in incubation, MSME or entrepreneurship programs	25 to 45 years
Innovation Hub Associate	Graduate degree in relevant field with at least 60% marks. Preference for MBA / PGDM / Master’s degree with 60% marks	Minimum 2 years relevant experience OR fresh postgraduates with internship / project exposure	25 to 45 years
