Jammu Kashmir: One Killed, Another Injured as Tractor Overturns | Kashmir Life

SRINAGAR: A man was killed and another critically injured after a tractor overturned in the Chhungan area of Mendhar in Poonch district on Monday evening.

Officials said the tractor met with an accident, leaving two persons with severe injuries. Both were taken to the Community Health Centre, Mendhar, where Mohd Azeem, son of Faiz Mohd, aged 47, was declared dead on arrival. The second injured person, identified as 24-year-old Murtaza Ahmad, remains in a critical condition.

BMO Mendhar, Dr Ashfaq Ahmad Chaudhary, confirmed the incident. Police have registered a case and begun an investigation. (GNS)
