Jammu Kashmir: E-Rickshaw Driver Dies After Vehicle Overturns | Kashmir Life

SRINAGAR: A young e-rickshaw driver was killed on Friday evening when his vehicle overturned near Linga Dandi on the Bhaderwah–Kancer road, officials said.

They said that the e-rickshaw, bearing registration JK06C, lost balance while negotiating a curve, causing it to flip. “Locals rushed to the scene and alerted police, but the driver succumbed to injuries before medical assistance could reach him.”

The deceased has been identified as Sunny Kumar, son of Bodh Raj, a resident of Jaie Road, Bhaderwah.

Police have in the meanwhile registered a case and launched an investigation into the incident. (GNS)
