Jammu Kashmir: 32-Year-Old Man Electrocuted to Death

SRINAGAR: A 32-year-old man died after suffering an electric shock in Rajouri district of Jammu and Kashmir on Sunday.

Officials said that the deceased has been identified as Mohd Liyaqat, son of Mohd Sadiq, a resident of Katarmal, Manjakote, Rajouri.

They said he sustained a severe electric shock and was immediately shifted to GMC Rajouri, where doctors declared him dead.

After proper medical and legal formalities, the body will be handed over to the family, they added. Cognisance of the incident has been taken, and further investigation has been initiated. (KNC)
