IUST Non-Teaching Posts, Online Application Process Begins

Islamic University of Science & Technology (IUST), Kashmir has inviting online applications from domiciles of the UT of J&K for two Non-Teaching positions in its Community Radio Station (FM 91.2). According to the official advertisement (No: IUST/CRS/ADV/DJMC/25/166 dated 23-06-2025), the available positions are Programming Assistant and Radio Jockey (RJ).

Applicants must hold relevant qualifications and at least one year of experience in the concerned field. The selected candidates will receive a consolidated monthly remuneration of ₹25,000.

Vacancy Details:
This recruitment drive aims to fill two vacant positions on a contractual basis:

1) Programming Assistant: 01
2) Radio Jockey (RJ): 01

Eligibility Criteria:

For the post of Programming Assistant, candidates must possess a Postgraduate degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related field. A minimum of one year of experience in radio production, community radio, or sound engineering is required along with skills in audio editing, content creation, and scheduling.

For the post of Radio Jockey (RJ), applicants must have an Undergraduate degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related discipline. A minimum of one year of experience in radio presenting, podcasting, voice-over work, or public speaking is essential.
