Eligibility Criteria of IUST Vacancies

Post	Educational Qualification	Experience / Other Requirements
Counselor	Master’s degree with 55 percent marks in Clinical Psychology or Psychology	Minimum two years experience in mental healthcare delivery and counselling preferably in an academic or medical institution. Desirable qualification includes M.Phil or Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology, Mental Health or Medical Psychology with good communication skills.
Assistant Counselor	Master’s degree with 55 percent marks in Clinical Psychology or Psychology OR Bachelor’s degree (Honors) in Psychology with Master’s degree with 55 percent marks in Social Work or Sociology	Good communication skills and experience in mental healthcare delivery and counselling are desirable.
