Indian Oil Corporation Limited has released an official notification for engagement of Apprentices at its Mathura Refinery Unit. The recruitment is conducted under the Apprentices Act, 1961/1973 as part of the skill building initiative of the Government of India.

Eligible candidates with ITI, Diploma, Graduation, or B.Com qualifications can apply for various Trade Apprentice and Technician Apprentice posts. Eligibility Criteria of IOCL Apprentice Vacancies

Age Limit

Minimum age is 18 years and maximum age is 24 years as on 31 January 2026. Age relaxation is applicable for SC, ST, OBC, EWS and PwBD candidates as per government rules.

Other Eligibility Conditions

Candidates must have completed the required qualification as on the cut-off date. Higher professional qualifications such as B.E., B.Tech, MBA, CA, MCA or equivalent are not eligible. Candidates with more than one year of job experience after qualification are also not eligible.

Selection Process

There will be no written examination. Selection will be based on merit calculated from percentage of marks obtained in the prescribed qualification. In case of tie, age seniority and Matric marks will be considered.

Stipend and Training Details

The stipend will be paid as per Apprentices Act and applicable rules. No accommodation or HRA will be provided. Apprentices will receive accident insurance coverage during the training period.
