Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) has released a notification for 501 Apprentice posts across several states. These include Trade Apprentice, Technician Apprentice and Graduate Apprentice positions.

Eligible candidates with 12th pass, ITI, Diploma and Graduate qualifications can apply online. Online application starts on 27-12-2025 and closes on 12-01-2026 up to 05:00 PM. Candidates must apply through the NATS/NAPS portals as per eligibility and discipline.

Note: Minimum marks of 50% for General/OBC/EWS and 45% for SC/ST/PwBD wherever applicable. Only full time regular qualifications are valid. Candidates must be registered on NATS/NAPS.

Stipend

Graduate and Technician Apprentices receive stipend as per Apprentices Act with part paid through BOAT plus Rs. 2,500 per month as miscellaneous expenses. Trade Apprentices receive stipend as per Apprentices Act plus Rs. 2,500 per month as miscellaneous expenses.

Application Fee

There is no application fee for IOCL Apprentice recruitment. Candidates can apply free of cost.

Selection Process

Selection is based on:
Simple merit list from qualifying exam marks, document verification and medical fitness. There is no written test or interview.

How to Apply

Candidates must first register on NATS/NAPS as per category. Then apply for IOCL apprenticeship using the Establishment ID given in the notification. Candidates also need to submit details through the Microsoft Office Form link shared in the notification by 12.01.2026 up to 05:00 PM.
