Indian Air Force Recruitment Rally For J&K, Ladakh And Punjab From 27 August To 6 September 2025

Indian Air Force has announced a recruitment rally for unmarried male and female candidates to join as Agniveervayu (other than Science stream). The rally will be conducted from 27 August 2025 to 6 September 2025. The rally covers candidates from multiple states and UTs. Eligible applicants from J&K, Ladakh, Punjab, Chandigarh, and other specified regions can appear as per the schedule. Registration details and entry time are mentioned in the official notification.

As per the official notification, candidates must be born between 01 January 2005 and 01 July 2008 (both dates inclusive) and should have passed Class 12 or equivalent examination in any stream with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English. Those with a three-year diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Automobile, Computer Science, Instrumentation Technology, or Information Technology) or two-year vocational courses meeting the English requirement are also eligible.

Important Dates:
The rally dates are scheduled for different regions. For J&K and Ladakh, men from all districts can attend on 29 August 2025 and women on 30 August 2025.

Vacancy Details:
The vacancy is open for the Agniveervayu (Other than Science stream) position for eligible unmarried candidates from specified states and UTs.

Eligibility Criteria:
Candidate should have passed Intermediate/ 10+2/ Equivalent Examination in any stream/ subjects from Education Boards recognized by Central/State/ UT with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English.
OR
Passed two years Vocational Course from Education Boards recognized by Central/ State/ UT with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English in Vocational Course (or in Intermediate/Matriculation if English is not a subject in Vocational Course).
OR
Passed Three years Diploma Course in Engineering (Mechanical Electrical/ Electronics/ Automobile/ Computer Science/ Instrumentation Technology Information Technology) from Central, State and UT recognized Polytechnic institute with 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English in Diploma Course (or in Intermediate/Matriculation, if English is not a subject in Diploma Course).

The age eligibility is for those born between 01 January 2005 and 01 July 2008.

How to Apply:
Eligible candidates can appear directly for the rally at the specified venue as per the given schedule. The reporting time is 6 AM, and the last time to report is 10 AM.

The selection process includes physical fitness test, written examination, adaptability test, and medical examination as per Indian Air Force norms.
