Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

For Junior Project Engineer Posts:

• Chemical – B.Sc. in Chemistry with minimum 60% marks.
• Electrical – 3-year Diploma in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
• Electronics – 3-year Diploma in Electronics & Communication / Instrumentation.
• Mechanical – 3-year Diploma in Mechanical / Production Engineering / Mechatronics.
• Optics & Coating – B.Sc. with Physics and Mathematics as major subjects.

Candidates must have at least 5 years of relevant experience after qualification.

For Junior Project Manager (Finance & Account):

• B.Com / M.Com from a recognized university
• OR CA (Inter) / CMA (Inter) / CS (Inter)
• Minimum 5–8 years experience in Finance & Accounts
• Proficiency in Tally Software is mandatory

Age Limit

Age relaxation will be applicable as per Government of India rules for reserved categories.

Selected candidates will receive an attractive salary package including:

• Pay Scale: ₹30,000 – ₹1,20,000
• Industrial Dearness Allowance (IDA)
• House Rent Allowance (HRA)
• Medical Allowance ₹1,500 per month
• Annual Increment of 3% based on performance
• EPF, ESIC, Gratuity and other benefits

Selection Process
