Eligibility Criteria of IIT Jammu Project Vacancies

Project Technical Support-I	B.Tech / BS / B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Manufacturing, Prosthetic and Orthotics or allied disciplines	Maximum 35 years

Age relaxation will be applicable as per Government of India and ICMR norms for SC, ST, OBC, Women and PwD candidates.

Desirable Qualifications

Basic experience in documentation and procurement work.
Familiarity with laboratory equipment and routine technical tasks.
Willingness to assist in additive manufacturing activities.
Ability to work in a team-based research environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

The selected candidate will assist in documentation and procurement activities.
Provide technical support during laboratory and project work.
Support additive manufacturing setup and related tasks.
Maintain basic laboratory records and documentation.
Assist the Project Scientist in daily project activities.

Salary Details

The selected candidate will receive a monthly salary of Rs. 18,000 plus 20 percent HRA.
Upgradation to Project Technical Support-II or III may be considered as per ICMR guidelines and performance.
