IIT Jammu Announces A Vacancy For Administrative Assistant Post

The Outsource Agency has invited online applications for the position of Administrative Assistant to be deputed at IIT Jammu on an outsource basis. The engagement is purely temporary and will be for a duration of six months.

According to the official notice dated 09 July 2025 (Outsource: HR-48), there is one vacancy for the Administrative Assistant post. The position is open to candidates up to 35 years of age. The selected candidate will receive a consolidated monthly salary ranging from ₹28,000 to ₹35,700.

Eligible applicants holding a postgraduate degree with at least 60% marks can apply through the online application portal before 20 July 2025. Eligibility Criteria:

The maximum age limit for the post is 35 years. Good knowledge of computer applications, including email, word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations on MS Windows OS, is essential.
