IICT Srinagar Hiring Senior Technical Supervisor For Handicrafts Training Centre In Pulwama

Indian Institute of Carpet Technology (IICT) Srinagar has announced an official notification for the engagement of a Senior Technical Supervisor for its two-month Guru Shishya Hastshilp Prashikshan Program (GSHPP) in the silk carpet weaving craft. The program will be conducted at Wakharwan in District Pulwama under the National Handicrafts Development Programme (NHDP), Ministry of Textiles, Government of India.

The selected candidate will oversee technical supervision of weaving activities at the training centre. The engagement offers a consolidated amount of Rs. 22,018, as per the norms of the skill development program. The appointment will be purely on temporary basis, only for the duration of the training.

Interested candidates must submit their applications to the Director, IICT Srinagar, with necessary documents and photograph before the deadline of 02 August 2025. The date of the interview will be communicated separately to the eligible candidates.

Eligibility Criteria:
