IFSCA Young Professional, Consultant Grade 1, Grade 2 And Senior Consultant Posts In GIFT City

The International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA) has issued a notification inviting applications from eligible Indian citizens for contractual positions including Young Professional, Consultant Grade 1, Consultant Grade 2, and Senior Consultant. These posts will be based at GIFT City, Gandhinagar, Gujarat.

According to the official advertisement dated 31 July 2025, the upper age limit for the posts ranges from 32 to 62 years depending on the position. Selected candidates will receive a monthly consolidated pay between Rs. 70,000 and Rs. 3,30,000. The appointment will be on a contract basis for up to 3 years, extendable to 5 years based on performance.

Selection will be through interview, which may be conducted in single or multiple rounds.

Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates applying for Consultant Grade 1 (Insurance) must have a Master’s degree in Business Administration or Finance with at least 3 years of experience. Higher-grade consultant roles require more experience, up to 15 years for Senior Consultant. Young Professional positions require a Master’s degree in the relevant field or equivalent professional qualification, with an upper age limit of 32 years. Preference will be given to candidates with relevant sectoral qualifications and skills as specified in the notification.
