Hyundai CRETA tops passenger vehicle sales in India for June

Gurugram, Jul 14: Hyundai Motor India Ltd.’s CRETA emerged as the highest-selling passenger vehicle in India for June 2025, clocking 15,786 units. The milestone coincides with the SUV’s 10th anniversary, reinforcing its position as a segment leader.

A statement said that CRETA has also been the top-selling SUV in the country for the first half of 2025 (January–June) and was India’s best-selling model in March, April, and June. Since its launch in 2015, CRETA has remained the best-selling mid-size SUV annually, earning the segment its popular nickname—‘the CRETA segment.’

Known for its strong combination of performance, technology, safety, and comfort, the CRETA has built a loyal customer base of over 1.2 million families across India. From daily commutes to long-distance road trips, the SUV has established itself as a dependable companion for Indian motorists.
