Hyderia 11 clinch Hyderia Sports Association T20 title in thrilling finale

Ganderbal, Aug 10: Hyderia 11 lifted the maiden Hyderia Sports Association T20 cricket tournament after defeating Syed Umer Cricket Club by five wickets in a nail-biting final on Sunday, with Aaqib Baba named Player of the Match and Maroof Ahmad declared Man of the Series.

As per a statement, the grand finale of the tournament witnessed an exciting contest between Hyderia 11 and Syed Umer cricket club. In a thrilling finish, Hyderia 11 emerged victorious by 5 wickets. SSP Ganderbal Khalil Poswal was the chief guest on the occasion and was warmly welcomed by the members of civil society in Tulmulla and the Hyderia Sports Association.

In his address, SSP Ganderbal emphasised that sports were among the most effective ways to positively engage the youth. He assured his unwavering support for young people, urging them to stay away from negative influences and actively participate in healthy activities like sports. He reiterated that Ganderbal Police will always stand by the youth in their constructive endeavours.
