Banihal, April 10: National Conference leader and Hon’ble MLA Banihal-Gool, Sajjad Shaheen, was accorded a massive and heroic public reception across Makerkote, Ramsoo, Nachlana, and Banihal by party workers, members of civil society, and the youth of the area.
The unprecedented public turnout reflected immense appreciation and support for the historic passage of the Private Member’s Bill for the establishment of a University Campus in Banihal. Over the past more than one year, the Banihal-Gool constituency has witnessed a series of revolutionary developmental initiatives aimed at transforming the socio-economic landscape of this historically underdeveloped area.
