HCSL Invites Online Applications For Executive And Managerial Posts, Apply Online Now

Hooghly Cochin Shipyard Limited (HCSL), a subsidiary of Cochin Shipyard Limited, has released an official notification for the recruitment of 11 executive-level positions. The online application process began on 25 June 2025 and will remain open till 24 July 2025. Candidates will be selected through a series of tests and interviews, depending on the post level. Eligibility Criteria:

For Executive Trainee posts, candidates must have a B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, or Naval Architecture with 65% marks. Assistant Engineer (IT) requires a Diploma or Degree in IT or Computer Science with 60% marks and 7 years of experience. Assistant Manager needs a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 3 years of relevant experience.

Deputy Manager roles require a relevant engineering degree with 7 years of experience, while Manager roles need 9 years of experience in the field. The AGM post is open to candidates with a degree in Mechanical or Naval Architecture and 15 years of experience.

The upper age limit as on 24 July 2025 is 27 years for Executive Trainee, 45 years for Assistant Engineer, 30 years for Assistant Manager, 35 years for Deputy Manager, 40 years for Manager, and 50 years for AGM. Relaxations apply as per government norms.
