Eligibility Criteria of HAL Non-Executive Vacancies

Post	Educational Qualification	Age Limit
Diploma Technician (All Disciplines)	Regular/Full Time Diploma in relevant Engineering under 10+3 system from recognized Institution	Maximum 28 Years (UR/EWS) as on 14.01.2026. Relaxation as per category rules.
Technician (ITI Trades)	10th Standard + NTC (ITI) in relevant trade + NAC OR Direct 3 Years NAC	Maximum 28 Years (UR/EWS) as on 14.01.2026. Relaxation as per category rules.
Security Guard	Ex-Servicemen with PUC/Intermediate OR SSLC + 3 years experience (Combatant). Desirable: Computer knowledge and Driving License.	Maximum 28 Years (UR/EWS) as on 01.01.2026. Relaxation as per category rules.
Fireman	Ex-Servicemen with PUC/Intermediate + Fire Fighting Course + Heavy Vehicle License OR SSLC + 3 years experience + required certificates	Maximum 28 Years (UR/EWS) as on 01.01.2026. Relaxation as per category rules.

Minimum Marks Required:

UR/OBC/EWS: 60% aggregate
SC/ST/PwBD: 50% aggregate

All qualifications must be regular and full-time. Part-time or distance education qualifications are not eligible.
