Govt Orders Transfers, Postings in Jal Shakti Department | Kashmir Life

SRINAGAR: The Jammu and Kashmir Government on Monday ordered the transfer and posting of two in-charge Superintending Engineers and assigned additional charge to two in-charge Executive Engineers in the Jal Shakti Department in the interest of administration.

According to Government Order No 49-JK(JSD) of 2026 dated March 16, Kulwant Singh, in-charge Superintending Engineer who was awaiting orders of posting, has been posted to PHE Mechanical Rural Circle Jammu against an available vacancy.

Raise Maqbool Masoodi, also an in-charge Superintending Engineer awaiting posting orders, has been posted to PHE Mechanical Circle (South) Srinagar against an available vacancy.

Meanwhile, Sudesh Sharma, in-charge Executive Engineer presently posted in PHE Mechanical North Division Jammu, has been assigned the additional charge of the vacant post of PHE Mechanical Rural Division Jammu.

Similarly, Gowhar Nazir Qureshi, in-charge Executive Engineer posted in Mechanical Irrigation Division Shadipora, will hold the additional charge of the vacant post of PHE Mechanical Division North Sopore.
