Provisional Selection List (Round 1) for the session 2025-26 & 2025-27.

All the concerned candidates who had applied for admission in Govt. ITI Udhampur for the session 2025-26 & 2025-27 are hereby informed through this notice that the provisional selection list (Round 1) has been published.

The Selection list is available on all the social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram) of Govt. ITI Udhampur and also available on the official website i.e. www.itiudhampur.in

Important Notes:

Original documents including Marksheets, domicile, Aadhar card, category certificate, Handicapped certificate, and other relevant documents will be verified at the time of admission.

Documents to be submitted :-
a) Photostat copies (3 each of the relevant documents).
b) Passport size photographs (4 Copies)
c) Affidavit on the given format stating punctuality and good behavior is also required to submit.
d) Self-Declarations on given format.

Original Marksheets of 8th and 10th along with the Date of Birth certificate will be retained.

Onspot fee submission is compulsory.

Last date of admission in Round One is 24-07-2025

(4) Govt ITI Basholi

Terms and Conditions:-

Provisionally Selected candidates are advised to take admissions w.e.f. 04.07.2025 to 24.07.2025 (10 A.M to 4 P.M)

Candidates have to bring following original documents along with them.
a. Domicile Certificate.
b. Qualification Certificate (10th / 12th / 8th Class Marks sheet).
c. Date of Birth Certificate.
d. Category Certificate (SC/ST/Ex-serviceman/Physically Handicapped/EWS) if any.
e. Self declaration by the candidate that He / She has not taken admission in any other Institute (Govt/ Private).
f. Prescribed Fee.
g. Aadhaar Card/ UID No. Along with a photo copy of the same.
h. Two Photographs

NOTE:-
(i) Any applicant whose marks are more than the cut off merit in his/her respective category and whose name doesn’t appear in the provisional selection list should report to the office of the undersigned immediately after the publication of the same along with original supporting documents but before the last date fixed for the purpose.

(ii) Errors & Omissions are Expected.
