Govt Issues December–January Ministerial Roster for Srinagar Secretariat | Kashmir Life

SRINAGAR: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has released the official roster detailing the availability of Ministers at the Civil Secretariat, Srinagar, for December 2025 and January 2026.

The roster stated that, in accordance with the order, Health, Education and Social Welfare Minister Sakeena Masood (Itoo) will remain available at the Civil Secretariat from December 8 to 12, 2025. She will oversee matters related to Health and Medical Education, School Education, Higher Education and Social Welfare during this period.

Following her, Satish Sharma, Minister for Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Transport, Science and Technology, Information Technology, Youth Services and Sports, and ARI and Training Departments, will be available from December 15 to 19, 2025.

The roster further states that Surinder Kumar Choudhary, Deputy Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir, will attend Secretariat duties from December 22 to 26, 2025.

Meanwhile, Javid Ahmad Dar, Minister for Agriculture Production, Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, Cooperative and Election Departments, is scheduled to remain available from December 29, 2025 to January 2, 2026.

For January, Javed Ahmed Rana, Minister for Jal Shakti, Forest, Ecology and Environment and Tribal Affairs Departments, will be present at the Secretariat from January 5 to 9, 2026.
