GMC Srinagar: Tentative Seniority list of Various posts

Tentative Seniority list of Ministerial cadre viz. Section Officers/Estates Officer, Head Assistants/Cashiers, Senior Assistants
and Junior Assistants of Government Medical College and Its Associated Hospitals Srinagar as stood on 01-07-2025.

Whereas, vide order No. 323 AH of 2024 dated 20-08-2024, final seniority list of the Ministerial Unit Viz. Section Officers/Estates
Officer, Head Assistants/Cashiers, Senior Assistants and Junior Assistants of Govt. Medical College and its Associated Hospitals Srinagar was notified vide endorsement No. MC/AH-09/Est-III/061/3079-89 dated 20- 08-2024, and

Whereas, some of the officials appearing in the final seniority list have either retired or have been elevated to next higher grade from the date of issuance of the final seniority list. As such, in order to update the seniority of the concerned cadre, a tentative seniority list of Ministerial cadre (Viz. Section Officer/Estates Officer in the pay Level-7 (44900-142400), Head Assistants/Cashiers in the pay Level-6B (35600-112800), Senior Assistants in the pay Level-5 (29200-93200) and Junior Assistants in the pay Level-4 (25500-81100) of Govt. Medical College and its Associated Hospitals Srinagar is prepared on the basis of Service Bio data/records available in this office and is hereby circulated as “Annexure-A for Section Officers/Estates Officer, Annexure-B for Head Assistants/Cashiers, Annexure-C for Sr. Assistants and Annexure-D for Junior Assistants” for information of all the members of the concerned cadre.

Any official aggrieved with the position assigned to him/her in the tentative seniority list should submit his/ her objections/ representations through proper channel supported with sufficient documentary proof within a period of (10) ten days from the date of issuance of this notification. Objections received after stipulated date shall not be entertained.

The Controlling Officer(s) shall circulate a copy of tentative Seniority List among each cadre member(s) on his/her establishment(s) and furnish a No Objection certificate in this regard.
