GMC Srinagar: Tentative Seniority List of Multitasking Staff/Class-IV

A tentative seniority list of Multitasking Staff/Class-IV employees was framed vide No. AH-09/MC/EST-I/TSL/2024/1779-84 Dated: 24/06/2024 for information of all the Multitasking Staff/Class-IV employees of Govt. Medical College and its Associated
Hospitals, Srinagar for inviting objections through proper channel with sufficient documentary proof within the stipulated time frame period.

Accordingly, in regard various objections have been received from various Multitasking Staff of batch 2021, 2022 & 2023 stating that they have not been placed at appropriate place in seniority list as per their date of initial appointment order(s) issued
by the Administrative Department(HME). The matter was discussed by the establishment committee and it was decided to seek clarification from the Administrative Department(HME) and the matter was taken up with the Administrative
Department(HME).

However, in the meanwhile the General Administration Department, Civil Secretariat, J&K has issued Final Seniority List of various officials belonging to the J&K Secretariat (Subordinate) Service as on 01.01.2025 vide Government Order No. 737-JK(GAD) of 2025 Datad: 18-06-2025 wherein the seniority of Orderlies who have been appointed in pursuance to selection-cum-allocation made by JKSSB for notification No. 01 of 2020 Dated: 26-06-2020 have been fixed as per the date of initial appointment in a phase wise manner viz., “Phase-I” orders and then “Phase-II” orders maintaining the inter-se-seniority of the appointee(s) in their respective issued appointment orders.

Besides, the seniority of those appointee(s) who are notionally appointed is fixed from their notional appointment date maintaining the inter-se-seniority in the respective order.

Therefore, in view of the above, afresh tentative seniority list of all Multitasking Staff officials of Govt. Medical College, and its Associated Hospitals, Srinagar annexed to this circular as Annexure-A, is hereby notified for information of all the concerned.

Note : Any official aggrieved with the information assigned to him/her in the tentative seniority list should submit his/her objection through proper channel with sufficient documentary proof within a period of (14) Days from the date of issuance of this circular.
