GM Shaheen greets people on Janmashtami

Srinagar, Aug 16: President of Jammu and Kashmir Janata Dal (United), GM Shaheen has extended greetings to the people on the occasion of Janmashtami, which commemorates the birth of Lord Krishna.

In his message, Shaheen said, “Warm greetings to all, especially our Hindu brethren, on the auspicious occasion of Janmashtami, which marks the birth anniversary of Lord Krishna.

This sacred festival reminds us of Lord Krishna’s timeless message of love, compassion, righteousness, and harmony.” He further expressed hope that the festival would usher in happiness, peace, and prosperity across Jammu & Kashmir.
