
Jammu, Mar 10: Team Gurjar Desh Charitable Trust (GDCT), led by patron-in-chief Haji Abdul Hamid Choudhary, visited the residences of UPSC–2025 qualifiers Koh-e-Safa and Sarfraz Choudhary in Bhatindi on March 8, 2026 and felicitated the duo by describing them as the “pride of the community.”
GDCT chairman Arshad Ali Choudhary, general secretary Mohammad Sadiq Azad, secretary Choudhary Asif Khaliq Poswal and senior trustees Mohammad Taj Choudhary, Choudhary Inzar Ahmed Rana and Zulkarnain Choudhary accompanied the patron-in-chief.
The GDCT delegation, according to a press statement, warmly felicitated and congratulated the young achievers Koh-e-Safa, daughter of Mehmood Choudhary, Principal District and Sessions Judge and Sarfraz Choudhary, son of Sadiq Ali Choudhary, retired FA&CAO.
GDCT members conveyed their heartfelt greetings to the proud families on this remarkable accomplishment. The team shared pleasant moments with the families and prayed for the continued success, prosperity, and bright future of the UPSC qualifiers.
The members of the delegation described the young achievers as true role models for aspiring civil servants of the community.
They expressed hope that their success would inspire many others and that they would play a significant role in the upliftment of marginalized and underprivileged sections of society, particularly the Gujjar-Bakerwal community and other weaker sections.
