Fire Breaks Out in Residential House in Kupwara; Firefighting Operations Underway

Jahangir Lolabi Kupwara: A fire broke out on Saturday afternoon at a residential house in Malik Mohalla area of main town Kupwara. Officials said the affected house belongs to Danish Ahmed Malik, son of Mohammad Asadullah Malik. “Fire and Emergency Services personnel reached the spot promptly after receiving the alert and immediately initiated firefighting operations to contain the blaze.” The cause of the fire and the extent of damage are yet to be determined.
