Finance Department Orders Transfer and Posting of 25 Accountants | Kashmir Life

SRINAGAR: The Directorate of Accounts and Treasuries, Finance Department, Jammu, has ordered transfers, postings and assignment of additional charge of 25 accountants with immediate effect under Order No. 47-Accts of 2026 dated April 10, 2026, in the interest of administration.

Aman Sharma has been transferred from Treasury District Court Complex Jammu to Additional Treasury New Plot, Jammu against leave reserve vacancy, while Mohit Swaroop has been shifted from Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP City) Traffic Jammu to District Social Welfare Office (DSWO), Jammu against leave reserve vacancy. Sikander Singh, Joint Director Fire and Emergency Services Jammu, has been posted as Deputy Director Local Fund Audit and Pensions, Jammu vice Rajeshwar Basil, and Rajeshwar Basil, Deputy Director Local Fund Audit and Pensions, Jammu, has been posted as Joint Director Fire and Emergency Services, Jammu vice Sikander Singh. Shagun Mahajan, Chief Engineer (CE) JPTCL Jammu, has been transferred to the Directorate of Social Welfare Jammu vice Rohit Raina, while Rohit Raina has been posted as Managing Director JPDCL Jammu against leave reserve vacancy. Retash Anand, Managing Director (MD) Housing Board Jammu, has been posted as Chief Engineer (CE) JPTCL against leave reserve vacancy, and Ashish Misra, Managing Director (MD) SC/ST/OBC Development Corporation, Jammu, has been posted to Chief Pay and Accounts Office (CP and AO) JPDCL against leave reserve vacancy.

Arun Sharma has been transferred from District Social Welfare Office (DSWO) Jammu to Joint Director Hospitality and Protocol Jammu against available vacancy, while Gourav Sharma has been posted from Jammu Development Authority (JDA) Jammu to Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP City) Traffic Jammu vice Mohit Swaroop. Nekha Sharma, Deputy Director Audit and Inspection Jammu, has been posted to Sub-Treasury Akhnoor against leave reserve vacancy. Naryan Dass has been transferred from Zonal Education Office (ZEO) Ghagwal to District Institute of Education and Training (DIET) Samba vice Sumit Choudhary and shall also hold the additional charge of the Accountant in the office of ZEO Ghagwal in addition to his own duties till further orders. Sumit Choudhary has been posted from District Institute of Education and Training (DIET) Samba to District Treasury Samba against available vacancy by relieving Naryan Dass from additional charge of the post.

Sanjeev Sharma has been transferred from Sub-Treasury Ramkot to Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Kathua against available vacancy, while Bharat Bhushan has been shifted from Government Polytechnic College Kathua to District Jail Kathua against available vacancy. Manjeet Singh has been posted from Zonal Education Office (ZEO) Billawar to Government Medical College (GMC) Kathua against available vacancy. Bhuvneshwar Sharma has been transferred from Deputy Chief Medical Office Kathua to Chief Medical Office (CMO), Kathua against available vacancy and shall also hold the additional charge of the Accountant in the office of Deputy Chief Medical Office Kathua in addition to his own duties till further orders.

Amit Mahajan has been transferred from Sub-Treasury Basantgarh to Chief Agriculture Office Udhampur vice Bandhana Chib, while Bandhana Chib has been posted from Chief Agriculture Office Udhampur to Deputy Director Sericulture Udhampur vice Parshotam Singh, and Parshotam Singh has been transferred from Deputy Director Sericulture Udhampur to Sub-Treasury Basantgarh vice Amit Mahajan. Mohit Sawhney has been posted from Deputy Commissioner (DC) Reasi to Divisional Forest Office (DFO) Reasi against available vacancy and shall also hold the additional charge of the Accountant in the office of Deputy Commissioner (DC) Reasi in addition to his own duties till further orders.

Mohd Azhar-ud-din has been transferred from Sub-Treasury Banihal to Zonal Education Office (ZEO) Banihal vice Bilal Ahmed, while Bilal Ahmed has been posted from Zonal Education Office (ZEO) Banihal to Sub-Treasury Banihal vice Mohd Azhar-ud-din. Haris Riaz has been transferred from Government Degree College (GDC) Bhaderwah to Divisional Forest Office (DFO) Bhaderwah against available vacancy. Rupesh Kumar, General Manager (GM) District Industrial Institute (DIC) Ramban, shall hold the additional charge of the Accountant in the office of Divisional Forest Office (DFO) Ramban in addition to his own duties till further orders.
