Final Seniority List of Information Assistant of the Information Department, Jammu

NOTIFICATION

WHEREAS, vide this office Notification bearing Endorsement No. INF/J-432-47/2025 dated 10.07.2025, a Tentative Seniority List of Information Assistants (Divisional Cadre) was issued;

AND WHEREAS, it was notified that, any official aggrieved with his/her position in the seniority list may represent in written to Deputy Director Information (HQ), Jammu with documentary proof within a period of 07 days from the issuance of the Tentative Seniority List;

AND WHEREAS, no such objections have been raised/received with respect to the seniority position of Information Assistant working in Jammu Division of Information Department.

AND WHEREAS, during a scrutiny of records, necessary updation, wherever required have been incorporated in the Final Seniority List.

NOW THEREFORE, a Final Seniority List of Information Assistants (Divisional Cadre), Jammu as it stood on 30-06-2025 forming “Annexure-A” to this Office Notification, is circulated and same is also uploaded on the Departmental Website dipr.jk.gov.in for information to all concerned.

This Seniority List of Information Assistant now shall be treated as final, as it stood on 30.06.2025 and is further subject to the outcome of Writ Petitions pending, if any.
