Final Selection of candidates for the posts of Junior Assistants (District Cadres) of territorial Kashmir Region – furnishing of details for seeking verification of character and antecedents’.

Reference :-

I. Communication No: FST-CORD/14/2021-02 dated: 12-06-2025 from the Department of Forest, Ecology & Environment Jammu and Kashmir.

II. Approval accorded by the PCCF & HoFF Jammu and Kashmir vide communication No. PCCF/Estt/NG/C-28697/2028-29 dated:
18-06-2025.

WHEREAS, the PCCF & HoFF Jammu and Kashmir vide communication No. PCCF/Estt/NG/C-28697/2028-29 dated: 18-06-2025 has forwarded communication No: FST-CORD/14/2021-02 dated:12-06-2025 from the Administrative Department of Forest, Ecology & Environment along with the Final Selection List of candidates for the posts of Junior Assistants (District Cadres) issued by the Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board in terms of Notification No. 04 of 2022 dated: 27-07-2022, to this Office for
issuance of formal appointment orders in respect of the selected candidates after fulfilling all the Codal formalities and getting verification of character & antecedents in terms of Government Order No:1003-JK(GAD) of 2021 dated: 27-09-2021 and Circular No:18-JK (GAD) of 2022 dated: 20-05-2022;

WHEREAS, in order to process the verification of Character & Antecedents on Employee Verification System (EVS), the e-mail IDs and contact numbers of the selected candidates are required

NOW, THEREFORE, in view of the above, the below named candidates selected by the Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board in terms of Notification No. 04 of 2022 dated: 27-07-2022, are hereby informed to/submit their e-mail IDs and contact number details to this Office by or before 30-06-25
