Final Merit list/Select List Released of AWH Hiranagar

Final Merit list/Select List regarding engagement of Sahayikas (AWHs) ((Vth Phase)

Whereas vide this Office Advertisement Notice No: 01 of 2026 dated: 01.01.2026, applications were invited from eligible female candidate against 07 vacant post of Sahayikas (AWHs) of Project Hiranagar.

Whereas 21 candidates have applied against 05 vacant posts of Sahayikas (AWHs) and nil applications were received for vacant post at SaturaB. Whereas 01 vacant post at Bheiya ST Kamad is withheld due to error in ward number of Anganwadi centre.

Whereas the scrutinization of application forms was fixed on 17.02.2026 vide CDPO Hiranagar office letter No: CDPO/Hgr/2025-26/ 1425-34 dated: 13.02.2026.

Whereas the merit and other necessary particulars of all the candidates were scrutinized/checked on 17.02.2026 by the Selection Committee for Sahayikas constituted vide Govt Order No: – 103 -JK(SWD) of 2023 dated: – 28-04-2023 and Govt Order No: 222 -JK(SWD) of 2022 dated: 30-11-2022.

Whereas the Final merit list and Final Select List as per Annexure-A and Annexure-B to this notification has been prepared/approved by the above referred committee in its meeting held on 17.02.2026, as per terms and conditions mentioned in Govt Order No: 103 -JK(SWD) of 2023 dated: 28-04-2023 and Govt Order No :222-JK(SWD) of 2022 dated:30-11-2022.

Whereas the Provisional/Tentative merit list and Provisional/Tentative Select List were advertised ion newspaper Danik jagran dated 19.02.2026 and nil objection/grievance has been received by this office within the stipulated time period.

Whereas the Final merit list and Final Select List as per Annexure-A and Annexure-B to this notification has been prepared/approved by the above referred committee in its meeting held on 16.03.2026, as per terms and conditions mentioned in Govt Order No: 103 -JK(SWD) of 2023 dated: 28-04-2023 and Govt Order No :222 -JK(SWD) of 2022 dated:30-11-2022.

Therefore, in view of the above and as per the procedure laid in the above referred Govt Orders, the Final Merit List and Final Select List as Annexure-A and Annexure-B respectively are hereby published for the information of general public and all concerned.

Grievance(s)/Objection(s) (if any), may be communicated to this Office within ten days from the date of publication of this notification/list. No grievance(s)/Objection(s) of any kind shall be entertained after ten days from the date of publication of this notification/list.
