Fencing, artistic gymnastics events continue on day 5

Jammu, Mar 11: Jammu & Kashmir Police put up an impressive performance in fencing on Day 5 of the 2nd All India Police Kabaddi Cluster 2025–26, winning a gold and two silver medals.

As per an official police statement issued on Wednesday, in the Women’s Epee Team Fencing event, Manipur Police secured the Gold Medal, while Jammu & Kashmir Police won Silver. Punjab Police and Uttar Pradesh Police shared the bronze medals.

In the Men’s Sabre Team event, Jammu & Kashmir Police clinched the Gold Medal, followed by Karnataka Police with Silver. Manipur Police and Uttar Pradesh Police finished with Bronze medals.

In the Women’s Sabre Team event, SSB won the gold medal, while Jammu & Kashmir Police secured silver. Manipur Police and Punjab Police claimed the bronze medals.

Artistic Gymnastics individual apparatus finals also witnessed strong performances. Debarti Das (SSB) won gold in the women’s balance beam, while Shraddha Verma (BSF) secured gold in the women’s floor exercise. In the Men’s Vault, Sankshep Yadav (Uttar Pradesh Police) claimed the Gold Medal, followed by Vipin Kumar (CISF) with Silver.
