Fariq Rafiq wins cycling race at Swachh Utsav in Harwan

Srinagar, Sep 27: In connection with Swachh Utsav, a cycling race was organised on Saturday by the Rural Development Department, Block Harwan at Harwan.

As per an official statement, BDO Harwan, along with DDC members of Harwan area and representatives of the Phaag Development Forum attended the event.

In a spirited competition, Fariq Rafiq, Gowhar Ahmad, and Daanish Majid secured the first, second, and third positions, respectively.

On the occasion, it was emphasised to all participants to contribute towards keeping the environment free from pollution and to remain conscious of their duties as responsible citizens.
