DySP Sheikh Adil, Two Other Officers Deputed to Ladakh for 2 Years

SRINAGAR: The Jammu and Kashmir government has ordered the deputation of three police officers to the Union Territory of Ladakh, effective immediately.

According to an order, the officers placed at Ladakh’s disposal are DySP Faraz Hussain Shah (SDPO Kangan), DySP Adil Mushtaq Sheikh (17th Bn IR), and Inspector Vijay Singh Choudhary (Security Wing Jammu and Kashmir).

The deputation will remain for two years or until the officers are recalled, with their lien and promotion prospects retained in Jammu and Kashmir’s Home Department. They will also be eligible for incentives offered by the UT of Ladakh during their tenure.
