Damodar Valley Corporation (DVC) has announced a new notification inviting online applications from eligible Indian citizens for various paramedical positions on a contractual basis. The total number of vacancies is 58 across 8 different posts.
As per the official DVC notice, these posts are offered for an initial tenure of one year, which may be extended up to two more years based on performance and requirement. The maximum age limit is 62 years as on the closing date of online application. Monthly consolidated pay ranges from Rs. 20,500 to Rs. 38,900 depending on the post.
Interested candidates can apply online through the official DVC website at www.dvc.gov.in. The online application process started on 19 June 2025 and will close on 9 July 2025 at 23:59 hrs. All applicants must check their eligibility and submit applications within the deadline.

Educational Qualifications
For Physiotherapist: Higher Secondary with Diploma in Physiotherapy and 2 years’ experience.
For Junior Pharmacist Gr. II: Higher Secondary (Science) with Diploma in Pharmacy and registration with State/Central Council.
For Junior Nursing Staff: Higher Secondary (Science) with Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery from a recognized institution.
For Junior Chemist: B.Sc with Chemistry Honours and 1 year experience.
For Junior Multi-Purpose Health Worker: 10+2 preferably with science; preference to candidates trained or exposed to public health activities.
For Junior Lab Technician: Higher Secondary (Science) with Diploma/Certificate in Medical Laboratory Technology and 1 year experience.
For Junior Health Inspector: Higher Secondary (Science) with Diploma in Health Inspector course and 1 year experience.
For Junior X-Ray Technician: Higher Secondary (Science) with Diploma in Radiography and 1 year experience.
Age Limit
The upper age limit for all categories shall not exceed 62 years as on the closing date of application.
