Eligibility Criteria of DVC Executive Trainee Vacancies

Post	Educational Qualification	Age Limit
ET (IT)	B.E./B.Tech in Information Technology or Computer Science with 65% marks for General/OBC/EWS and 60% marks for SC/ST/PwD	Maximum 29 years for UR, 32 years for OBC, 34 years for SC/ST
ET (Mining)	B.E./B.Tech in Mining Engineering with 65% marks for General/OBC/EWS and 60% marks for SC/ST	Maximum 29 years for UR, 32 years for OBC, 34 years for SC/ST
ET (Chemical)	B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering with 65% marks for General/OBC and 60% marks for SC/ST	Maximum 29 years for UR, 32 years for OBC, 34 years for SC/ST

Candidates must also have a valid GATE 2025 score in the relevant paper. The required GATE papers are CS for IT, MN for Mining and CH for Chemical. GATE scores from 2024 or earlier are not valid for this recruitment.

Selection Process

The selection process for Executive Trainee posts will be based on the following stages.

Shortlisting based on valid GATE 2025 score.
Document Verification of shortlisted candidates.
Medical Examination by the DVC medical board.

There will be no separate written exam or interview. The final merit list will be prepared based only on GATE 2025 marks.

Salary Details

Selected candidates will receive salary as per the 7th Pay Commission.

Pay Matrix Level	Level 10 (M2 Grade)
Probation Period	One year

After successful completion of the probation period, candidates will be absorbed as Assistant Manager. Other benefits include Central Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, medical reimbursement, Leave Travel Allowance and National Pension System.
