Kupwara: Dr Khursheed Ahmad Dar, a resident of Jaggerpora, Handwara in Kupwara district, has been promoted to the post of Senior Scientist in the rank of Associate Professor at Sher e Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology Kashmir (SKUAST Kashmir).
