CUK Offers 50 Seats for Technical, Administrative Apprenticeship

SRINAGAR: The Central University of Kashmir, Tulmulla Ganderbal, is offering a one-year Apprenticeship/Internship Programme under the Apprentices (Amendment) Act, 1973, for the academic year 2025–2026.

The programme is open to graduates in Engineering, Technology, and General streams who have completed their degree with a minimum of 50 percent marks within the past five years (2021–2025).

A total of 50 seats are available for the training programme, divided into two categories: 30 seats for Technical Apprentices/Interns and 20 for Administrative Apprentices/Interns. The last date for online application submission is July 19, 2025, while the last date for submitting hard copies of the downloaded application forms (of the University and NATS) is July 29, 2025.

Eligibility for Technical Apprentices includes a degree or diploma in Computer Science and Engineering or Civil Engineering (B.E., B.Tech., or Diploma).
Eligibility for Administrative Apprentices includes a degree in BA, BSc, BCom, BBA, BCA, BSc IT, BALLB, or a Diploma in Journalism or Mass Communication.

Applicants must ensure that:

• Their bank account is seeded with their Aadhaar card.
• Their mobile number is linked to their Aadhaar.
• There is no mismatch between Aadhaar details and bank records.

All relevant information must be provided through the University’s website. Candidates who have already completed an apprenticeship/internship under any previous programme are not eligible to apply again.
