CSIR NML Junior Stenographer Recruitment 2025, Apply Online For 05 Posts

CSIR-National Metallurgical Laboratory has released the notification for recruiting Junior Stenographers. A total of 05 posts are available for eligible candidates. The application process is completely online, and forms must be submitted on or before 31 December 2025.

Eligibility Criteria of CSIR NML Junior Stenographer Vacancies

Age Relaxation Details

Candidates can claim upper-age relaxations as per Government of India rules:

• SC/ST: 5 years
• OBC (NCL): 3 years
• PwBD: 10 years (15 years SC/ST, 13 years OBC where applicable)
• Widows / Divorced / Judicially separated women: Up to 35 years (40 years for SC/ST in reserved posts)
• Ex-servicemen: 3 years after deducting military service
• No upper age limit for CSIR departmental candidates
• Other relaxations as per GoI/CSIR instructions

• Level-4 Pay Matrix: Rs 25,500–81,100
• Approximate monthly emoluments: Rs 48,000

Selection Process

The selection will include:

• Shortlisting of eligible applicants
• Competitive written examination
• Stenography proficiency test (qualifying nature)
