CRPF Personnel Suffers Gunshot Injury in Jammu Kashmir | Kashmir Life

SRINAGAR: A personnel of the Central Reserve Police Force was injured during an accidental discharge of a firearm in the Thandikassi area of Rajouri district of Jammu Kashmir.

Officials said that a CRPF personnel received a bullet wound in his left shoulder after he accidentally triggered his service rifle.

He has been identified as Ram Niwas(40) son of Sukhdev Ram resident of Sikar, Rajasthan. He was immediately shifted to GMC Rajouri for treatment.

Meanwhile, police have taken cognizance of the incident. (GNS)
