CRPF ASI Dies After Collapse in North Kashmir | Kashmir Life

SRINAGAR: An Assistant Sub-Inspector (ASI) of the CRPF died due to a suspected heart attack at the District Police Lines (DPL) in North Kashmir’s Bandipora district on Sunday, sources said.

They said that the ASI, identified as Nagarmal, collapsed while on duty. He was immediately attended to by colleagues before being shifted for medical assistance. However, he could not be revived.

Cognisance of the incident has been taken, and further investigation has been initiated. (KNC)
